While I normally do most of my photo sessions in or near Fort Collins, I had the chance to do a couple of family sessions up in Carbondale while we were there with some friends this weekend! In Fort Collins, I have to search around to find good spots to take photos. In Carbondale, I would have had to work hard to find a place that wasn’t a good spot for photos. 🙂 These were all taken right in the neighborhood of the place where we were staying. I love this first one with Mount Sopris in the background.
The girls were so sweet! Big sister followed directions so well and gave lots of smiles. Little sister is at that perfect age for photos where she’s content to sit on her own without trying to crawl away. Oh, and the dog did a great job too. 🙂 He is really one of the best behaved dogs I know!
I love this next pair of black and white portraits! If this were my family, these two photos would definitely be up on the wall. Since this is not my family, I probably won’t put them up on my walls. That might be a little weird.
